Dinner

It’s so much easier to toss dinner together (AND eat more vegetables) when you’ve preprepped veggies for a few days.

Slow cooked greens and onions, roasted cauliflower, turkey meatballs, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, and beef demi glacé.
