Nelson Ranch beef short ribs braised in Finn River black currant brandy wine and Grayland cranberries. Roasted cauliflower, boiled potatoes, spiced brown basmati rice pilaf with roasted kabocha squash, toasted pepitas, and plumped sultanas.
