1 lb Ground beef
6 oz Prepared beef tongue
3 oz Beef liver pate
1/2 Onion
2-3 Garlic cloves
1 T Parsley
1 tsp Sage
1/2 tsp Rosemary
2 cups Bread
2-3 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
2 c chopped Kale
1 Egg
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c Ketchup


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Cut onion fine, sauté until beginning to caramelize. Set aside, cool
Rough chop herbs and garlic, set aside
Pulse bread in food processor, add herbs and garlic, pulse until bread becomes fine crumbs, set aside
Grind tongue fine in food processor, set aside
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined
Bake 1 hour or until meatloaf reaches 165 degrees F at the center
