Fig tart

Being a frequent, “what’s in the fridge that needs to be used” sort of cook, today’s creation was a fig tart. I had pastry dough in the freezer and some figs that needed to be utilized. The base is almond meal, chèvre, and honey. I probably should have thrown in an egg to make it more custard like, but I’m pretty sure it’s going to go well with my afternoon coffee regardless.
